
Sulekh Khindria
President and CEO
Sulekh received his diploma in Law and Security Administration at Conestoga College in 1992 and continues to gain knowledge and up-to-date training through various trade seminars and courses. In 1992 Sulekh joined the team at Larrek Investigation as an investigator and continued to acquire valuable skills, training and experience. Quickly proving to be a valuable asset to the company, he became a Partner and Manager of Investigations in 1997, Vice President of Operations in 2000 and Chief Privacy Officer in 2004. Sulekh acquired full ownership of the company in 2008.
As a surveillance specialist and corporate investigator, Sulekh leads a team of high performance, professional investigators able to provide a comprehensive portfolio of services in a timely manner. Sulekh is accountable for strategic planning and management of day-to-day corporate operations and ensures that each assignment is handled in the upmost discrete, ethical and professional manner.
As an active member of the Council of Private Investigators of Ontario, ASIS International (American Society of Industrial Security) and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (currently preparing for certification), Sulekh brings state-of-the-art knowledge, skills, and technology to the management of each assignment.
Committed to giving back to the community, Sulekh spearheads funding initiatives for community-based local charities and is a proud sponsor of the Children's Wish Foundation.
Debora Ritchie
Director, Corporate Affairs
Debb is a seasoned business professional with a proven track record for marketing and business development in the Legal, Investigative and Not-For-Profit sectors. She brings an array of skills including strategic marketing and event planning, brand management, business development and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Debb is a Laurier grad and after completing her degree, she attended Conestoga College and received her business diploma. She continued her studies, attending York University and Queens University receiving diplomas focused on marketing and media relations.
After completing her full-time studies, Debb spent many years working at UW as the Manager of Alumni Development, leaving to pursue other personal and professional ambitions including a stint at her running her own marketing business. Debb worked in the not- for -profit sector as the Director of Corporate Communications with the Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs of Canada for several years before leaving to join Miller Thomson LLP as Business Development Manager.
As a previous business owner, Debb brings with her the knowledge and understanding of issues facing business owners today. She is able to quickly establish relationships with clients to assist in providing ideas and solutions to meet their needs.
Debb is a very active member of the community and has been involved with many events and organizations over the years. She has been associated with the Greater KW Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Rick Hansen Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Outstanding Women of Laurier, UW Tech Park Golf Tournament and The Kitchener-Waterloo Community Foundation. She is known in KW as the creator of the Inspiring Women event for the Waterloo Small Business Centre and most recently as the creator of Random Act of Kindness Day.
Debb's personal goal in life is to see Random Act of Kindness Day become a nationally recognized day across the country with communities from coast to coast participating.
